Michael began his real estate journey 35 years ago when he took his first real estate course while pursuing his MBA. Soon after that he purchased his first multi-family home and has purchased and sold numerous homes over the years. After he received his BS in Chemistry from RIT Michael worked in the Environmental Industry for 15 years and then owned his own business for 13 years, never losing his love for real estate. His experience as a landlord, real estate investor, business owner, Notary Public and sales, operations and financial executive has given him a unique perspective covering all sides of the real estate transaction.
