It's not often you hear a Realtor say "Yup, I'm a former For Sale By Owner," but that's the cold, hard truth.    That atrocious experience is what led me to get my real estate license, but that's a story for another time.   

Buying and/or selling a home can be one of the most overwhelming things you'll ever experience.   

Guess what?  It doesn't have to be.  

You know the saying - do a great job, people will tell one friend.   Do a bad job, they'll stop people they don't know just to tell them what an awful experience they had!
