John DeMatteo was born in Schenectady, NY. He attended Saint Theresa of Avila grammar school, Draper Middle and High School, and The College of St. Rose. He received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management.
John worked as a Project Coordinator for Pitney Bowes in Connecticut, traveling

John worked as a Project Coordinator for Pitney Bowes in Connecticut, traveling home every weekend to Schenectady. After almost 20 years with the company, he moved home to care for his ailing parents. John secured a job with Schenectady County, and is currently the Accounting Supervisor for the Department of Social Services.
After the death of both parents, John needed to put his talents to work and decided to become a real estate salesperson. He wanted to help people with the important decision of buying or selling the biggest asset they will ever own.
John has known Suzanne since their days at The College of St Rose, and considers her one of the most knowledgeable people in the business, as well as a lifelong friend.

Born and raised in Guilderland, Nicole graduated from the University of Albany earning her Bachelors degree in Mathematics with a minor in Economics. Upon graduation, she began her career as a Finance Manager for a Commercial Real Estate development and management company in Albany. She later went on to work in both Property Management

She later went on to work in both Property Management and Research Analytics for a Commercial Real Estate company before landing at her true passion, Residential Real Estate. Nicole is very driven and dedicated to her clients. She holds both a Certified Buyer Representative designation, as well as an “At Home With Diversity” Certification, has completed the Seller Representative Specialist course, and plans to continue her education in order to better serve her clients. With Real Estate contacts across the US, Nicole is able to assist with relocations and out-of-state realtor referrals as well. With her knowledge and experience in several aspects of the Real Estate Industry, Nicole will help guide you through every step of either buying or selling your home.
